Vacation & Sick Leave
- Superpowers Assistants receive ten annual paid vacation days and five annual paid sick days after their first 90 days.
- Your Superpowers Assistant will mirror your company’s holiday observances. There is no proration in clients’ monthly fees when these benefits are exercised
Maternity Leave
- In the event your Assistant needs to utilize maternity or paternity leave, you will receive advanced notice.
- Your Assistant will have access to one full month of leave, during which time Superpowers will provide a temporary replacement assistant.
