We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not share that information with the third-party vendors referenced above except as strictly necessary to deliver the messaging you have consented to (for example, our telecommunications provider that transmits the messages). However, we may share it in the following ways:

  • With Your EA: Your voice memos and transcriptions are sent to your assigned EA via email.

SMS / Text Messaging

As part of the Superpowers service, your dedicated executive assistant communicates with you by text message (SMS and MMS) from a phone number assigned to your engagement. The following applies to that messaging:

Consent. When you provide your mobile number during onboarding and opt in, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from your assistant’s dedicated line to coordinate tasks, scheduling, requests, and other matters related to the service you have engaged us to provide. These messages are conversational and sent on your behalf or to you by a real assistant; they are not automated marketing.

We do not share your mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text-messaging opt-in data, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information you share with us in connection with this messaging is used only to provide and support the service. This category of data — mobile opt-in and consent — is expressly excluded from any sharing described elsewhere in this Policy.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and your interactions with your assistant.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying TOP to any message from your assistant’s line. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which we will not send further messages to that number unless you opt back in by replying START. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section of this Policy.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App services. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your account information.
  • Request a copy of your data.
  • Opt out of certain data processing activities.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
