Here’s What to Expect:
Each week, you’ll receive a checklist from our Ideal Assistant Blueprint, a proven system built from our most successful EA-client partnerships. These checklists cover the key areas where your EA can support you and are fully customizable based on your needs and goals.
Your EA will lead these conversations, helping you build confidence and clarity as you work together.
First Check-In: Confidence & Clarity
Timing: Week 2–3
Led by: Client Success Manager (scheduled by your EA)
This check-in is designed to make sure the foundation is strong and the match feels right.
- We’ll assess your early confidence in the partnership.
- Discuss what’s going well and where you may need more support.
- Align on expectations and delegation priorities.
It’s early for transformational results—but this is the moment to lock in trust, communication, and clarity to set up long-term success.
Second Check-In: Know You
Focus: Preferences, Priorities, and Communication
At this stage, we want your EA to begin learning how you work—your preferences, priorities, and what matters most.
We’ll assess questions like:
- Does your EA know your preferences and leadership style?
- Are they reducing stress and managing priorities effectively?
- Do you feel confident in their ability to own delegated tasks?
To assess progress, we’ll use a simple plus, plus-minus, or minus system:
- Plus means you’re confident in this skill
- Plus-minus indicates room for improvement
- Minus means we’ll be making this a growth goal between your EA and their coach
We’ll also review your Tasks Report and identify ways to strengthen delegation and alignment.
Third Check-In: Understand You
Focus: Energy, Values, and Delegation Habits
This is where your EA starts to understand you more instinctively. What drives you, what drains you, and how to support your flow.
We’ll explore:
- Does your EA understand what energizes and depletes you?
- Are they aligned with your values and mission?
- Are they effectively managing your calendar and to-do list?
You’ll also participate in a short delegation exercise to identify any bottlenecks or habits that might be holding you back and begin building new ones that empower your EA to do more.
Fourth Check-In — Anticipate You
Focus: Strategic Partnership & Proactive Support
Now we’re aiming for your EA to anticipate you—supporting your work like a second brain and staying one step ahead.
We’ll evaluate:
- Does your EA understand your long-term goals?
- Are they optimizing your schedule around your energy?
- Are they proactively suggesting delegation opportunities?
- Do you feel fully supported when you unplug from work?
We’ll use the same plus / plus-minus / minus system and wrap with a conversation on remaining growth areas, new delegation opportunities, and how to transition into ongoing quarterly check-ins.
