Superpowers Voice Memo is a streamlined app designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, and CEOs to delegate tasks effortlessly to their Executive Assistants. With an intuitive interface and instant recording capabilities, users can record and send voice memos within seconds, ensuring a frictionless workflow and enhanced productivity.

The app is exclusively for Superpowers clients. Executive Assistants do not need to log in or use the app.

The app is available for both iOS and Android.

Voice memos provide a frictionless and quick way for clients to delegate tasks without typing. The app is designed for speed and simplicity, allowing users to record and send memos within seconds.

Using the App

Clients can log in using their email and password. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen to reset it.

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap the large record button to start recording.
  3. Once finished, tap “Send” to submit the memo to your EA.
  4. If you wish to cancel, tap the smaller “Cancel” button and confirm.

Yes! All recorded memos appear in a list view. Each memo will have an AI-generated title and a text transcription.

After you send a memo, your EA receives an email with:

  • A link to the voice recording
  • A text transcription
  • A button to mark the task as complete

Task Management

  • The memo appears in your list view under “In Progress.”
  • Your EA receives an email with the memo details.
  • When the EA completes the task, they mark it as “Complete,” and the status updates in the app.

Tasks are either “In Progress” or “Complete.” When your EA marks a task as complete, it will be updated in your app.

Yes! The email they receive allows them to reply directly to your email for any clarifications.

Technical & Troubleshooting

Try the following steps:

  • Ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
  • Restart the app and your phone.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • If the issue persists, contact support.

On the login screen, select “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions to reset it.
