Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant at Superpowers, your primary responsibility is to manage the entrepreneur, not just their tasks. You will act as their proxy, deeply understand their goals, anticipate their needs, and proactively manage their time, energy, and focus. Your role is crucial to creating freedom, enabling growth, and ensuring they operate within their unique abilities.

Responsibilities: Vary by client assignment, but some of the things you can expect to see in your day to day are:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization with precision and strategic insight.

  • Handle email management, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up on essential tasks.

  • Organize meetings, document action items, and track progress toward key milestones.

  • Coordinate personal and professional projects, helping to manage timelines and outcomes.

  • Serve as a gatekeeper, protecting the entrepreneur’s time and energy.

  • Provide proactive solutions, consistently anticipating needs before they arise.

  • Facilitate personal and business travel arrangements, logistics, and itinerary planning.

  • Communicate on behalf of the entrepreneur with clients, team members, and external contacts.

  • Post social media content.

  • Provide general administrative support.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the Philippines and available during regular U.S. business hours. This is not a job that can be partnered with another full-time job.

  • Minimum of one year of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrator.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

  • Proven experience managing calendars, emails, and professional communication effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently.

  • Proficiency with technology tools (G Suite, Microsoft Office, scheduling software, communication platforms).

  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote working space.
