Here’s What to Expect:

Step 1: Search Start

Start unlocking your productivity power with a highly skilled Superpowers Executive Assistant.

  • Complete your Predictive Index assessment (if you haven’t already)
  • Our team begins searching for the right-fit EA—thoughtful, quality-driven, and never rushed.
  • Within 1-2 weeks, you’ll be introduced to your right-fit candidate and scheduled for an Alignment Call.

 

Step 2: Alignment Call

Connect with your candidate and make sure they are the right-fit for you.

  • We’ll coordinate a time for your Alignment Call.
  • Meet your pre-vetted, Superpowers University trained EA—ready to support and scale with you.
  • Review their background, skills, and core responsibilities.
  • Share your goals, work style, and expectations to ensure a strong fit from the start.
  • Feel free to ask any questions you have. The most helpful ones usually focus on whether your values align, if communication feels natural, and whether you feel you can trust the assistant.
  • Make your decision on the spot or take a few days—we’ll stay in close touch as you make your choice.


Step 3: Partnership Launch

Your EA is fully onboarded and ready to help you succeed!

  • Once you say “yes,” we’ll schedule a Launch Call to set you both up for success. During this call, we’ll coordinate access for your EA to your company’s systems and discuss best practices for delegation. It’s also a valuable opportunity for both you and your EA to ask any questions as you begin working together.

 

Make sure your EA has access to:

  • A company email account
  • Task management and communication tools
  • A U.S. phone system subscription (if needed)
  • A password management system (required)

 

Once your Launch Call is complete, payment processing and your initial commitment period begin—and your EA officially starts! Welcome to Superpowers!
