Matching and Onboarding

We use personality profiling of both you and every prospective EA match, guided conversations, and a deep understanding of your needs to match you with a right-fit. Each candidate is pre-vetted, trained, and aligned with your work style, goals, and values. We present a high-conviction EA candidate to you, and you make the final approval decision after meeting them.

After your match is confirmed, we guide you through a structured onboarding program with milestones at weeks 2, 4, 6, and 12, focusing on building trust, communication, strategic delegation, and anticipation.

We have a proactive rematch process at no extra cost. We first work through coaching, but if the fit isn’t right, we’ll learn from the experience, refine our search, and present a new EA candidate for your consideration.

Tools, Security, and Operations

We take security and confidentiality seriously. All EAs sign a robust NDA and complete background checks. Once hired, all of our EAs complete our cybersecurity training. We also leverage time-tracking with an encrypted screen monitoring tool.
